1. Agreement to Terms
By reserving outdoor billboard placements, commissioning advertising campaigns, or accessing the website of Supreme Advertising ("Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with campaign bookings.
2. Outdoor Media Services & Locations
Supreme Advertising provides premium static billboards, high-definition digital screens, street banners, and campaign strategy across prime routes in Lusaka, airport access corridors, and major Zambian highways.
- All billboard site availabilities, dimensions, and daily traffic estimates are provided in good faith and subject to inventory reservation confirmations.
- Flight dates, printing lead times, and site installation schedules will be agreed upon in official insertion orders (IOs).
3. Advertising Content Guidelines
All artwork, graphics, and messaging submitted for outdoor display must strictly comply with:
- Applicable laws of the Republic of Zambia and municipal advertising bylaws (e.g. Lusaka City Council standards).
- Prohibitions against defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or deceptive claims.
- Clients retain full copyright ownership of submitted branding artwork and warrant that creative assets do not infringe third-party intellectual property.
4. Booking, Payment & Cancellations
Billboard site reservations are confirmed upon receipt of signed Insertion Orders and agreed deposit payments. Standard payment terms require monthly invoicing in advance or as stipulated in campaign contracts. Cancellations require written notice prior to campaign printing or flight dates as specified in your booking agreement.
5. Maintenance & Force Majeure
Supreme Advertising maintains all billboard structures, illumination, and digital displays. In cases of severe weather, grid power disruptions, or unpreventable structural damage, Supreme Advertising will take immediate corrective action to restore visibility and offer credit extension time for affected campaign days.
